Theatres are preparing for a wide range of movies that span fascinating genres and showcase exceptional actors as March 1 draws near. The following is a carefully picked list of South Indian films that will be released on March 1.

1. Operation Valentine

“Operation Valentine,” starring Varun Tej and Manushi Chhillar, will open in theatres on March 1. The film, which Shakti Pratap Singh directed, honours the Indian Air Force Officers and centres on the Pulwama incident. It will be made available in Telugu and Hindi. Operation Valentine is one of the South Indian films that are going to release on the first date of March.

2. ​Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha

“Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha,” which is helmed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, is scheduled to open in theatres on March 1. The Indian Censor Board has officially certified the film as U/A. In the lead character of Krishna, Varun, the popular Tamil Big Boss star, makes his debut alongside Raahei. The movie stars Yogi Babu, Mansoor Ali Khan, Dhivyadharshini, and Vichithra in supporting parts.

3. Chaari111

On March 1, the Telugu comic entertainer “Chaari 111,” written and directed by TG Keerthi Kumar, will open in theatres. Samyuktha Viswanathan and Vennela Kishore play the key characters in the movie. The trailer for the movie has been launched.

4. Kreem

The survival thriller “Kreem,” directed by Abhishek Basanth, is slated for release in theatres on March 1. The main actors in the movie are Achyuth Kumar, Samyuktha Hegde, and Arun Sagar. It is one of the five South Indian films which will be released on the first of March.

5. Kadakan

The film “Kadakan,” starring Hakim Shajahan, will hit theatres on March 1. The censor board recently awarded a U/A certificate to this Malayalam action entertainer. “Kadakan,” which is directed by debutant Sajil Mampad, with a supporting cast that includes Sarath Sabha, Ranjith, Nirmal Palazhi, Harisree Asokan, Jaffar Idukki, Manikandan R Achari, and Fahiz Bin Rifai.
